One-on-one training
We will meet privately and chat through all your goals. A workout plan will be created specifically for your body’s fitness level and adjusted in intensity over time. Are you ready for a personalized plan that yields astonishing results? Chat with J now.
Personalized sessions
Your individualized, 45-minute sessions will take place at Urban Fitness in LaPorte, Indiana. Based on your comfort level, we can incorporate:
Stretching and yoga poses to warm up
Free weights and machine weights for toning muscles
HIIT circuits (high intensity interval training) to build your heart
Resistance bands to activate your glutes and legs
Core exercises to increase stability and balance

The cost is $40 per 45-minute session and can be paid via cash, Venmo or ACH. *Must be a member at Urban Fitness ($29/month).
